In no event shall Mazagri Group’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including but not limited to negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or HKD $100, whichever is greater.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Mazagri Group’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Mazagri Group on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Mazagri Group concerning the Services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
